By accessing or using VacancyServices (the “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), accessible at vacancyservices.online or through any associated API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and session credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services & AI Job Matching

VacancyServices provides resume parsing, algorithmic and AI-driven job scoring, and recruiter matching features. Match scores and compatibility summaries are generated algorithmically to assist your job search and do not guarantee an interview, employment offer, or hiring outcome.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, forged, or misleading resume information or credentials.
• Post spam, duplicate listings, or unauthorized recruitment notices.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, tamper with pricing or payment requests, or perform security probes.
• Scrape, automate bulk extraction, or reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms or datasets without explicit written permission.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features (such as higher daily application limits, advanced AI match insights, and recruiter job listings) require paid subscriptions. Payments are securely processed through PayU or authorized gateway partners. Subscriptions are billed on the indicated billing cycle and are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VacancyServices (excluding candidate-uploaded resumes and recruiter trademarks) are the exclusive property of VacancyServices and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

VacancyServices is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. In no event shall VacancyServices, its officers, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
